Payments
- We accept payments by Credit or Debit Cards (all major cards accepted), Amazon Pay and PayPal.
- Credit Card Billing Statement will appear as "TACTISHOP"

LayAway or MultiCard Payments
We offer an interest free layaway payment option to our customers. To open a layaway plan or to make a payment, please contact us at (404) 720 3013 with your email address and your order, Mon-Sun 10am - 9pm EST, and we will happily set up your payment plan.
Layaway Order Terms:
- Layaway is a purchasing agreement by which a retailer agrees to hold merchandise secured by a deposit until the price is paid in full by the customer.
- A minimum down payment of 25% is required to initiate your layaway.
- The balance of the order is required to be paid in full within 90 days of the order.
- Layaway orders are subject to a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee.
- In the event of a cancellation, any payments made above the cancellation fee, will be refunded via store credit only.
- When your layaway order is paid-in-full, please notify us immediately at hello@sexdollalley.com so that we can move your order into production.
Price Match Program
We offer a PRICE MATCH program on all silicone and TPE sex dolls.
Did you find a better price? If you find another doll that you like better or a better price please let us know and we will try to match it. Just email us at hello@sexdollalley.com or text us at (404) 720 3013 and we will match the lowest price.
**Note:
-Only if the other seller is also selling genuine, certified dolls. We cannot match prices of sellers who sell inferior black-market dolls (incl. AliExpress, Alibaba, DHGate, etc)
-The doll must be identical, (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, color)
-The doll must be in-stock at the time of the price match request
-Not valid on offers advertised as a percentage off or dollar off on competitor site (e.g., “15% off” or “$5 off”)
-Not valid on damaged, used, or refurbished dolls
-Not valid on dolls that other retailers have listed as clearance, closeout, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers.

Shipping Policy
- Once your payment is cleared, allow 3-6 weeks for production depending on the doll, the customization and the brand. Our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested before shipping.
- These times are estimated, please understand that we have absolutely no control over the shipping company logistics, once we hand over your item to UPS, FEDEX or USPS there's nothing we can do to speed up their time in transit.
- Our dolls come in a regular brown box without logos nor labels.
- We do not ship to APO or PO Box Addresses. If you don't want your doll to be delivered to your address, you can call the courier and have them hold your package at your nearest pick up location.
- Our office and warehouse are closed on the weekends, so all orders made on Friday after 7:00pm (ET) will be submitted for production on the following Monday.
- We will update your order status with tracking information as soon as your package has been dropped off at FedEx or UPS.
- Shipping delays may occur around postal holidays or after a SALE due to high demand.
- Our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse club with different locations around the US, SG, HK and CN.
- On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status, we will notify you via email.
- Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone Number. The phone number is necessary for the shipping company to contact you about delivery if necessary. Providing the wrong information will delay the production and handling of your order.
- We are not be Responsible for Non-Delivery Due to an Incorrect Shipping Address.
Returns
- We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
- Due to sanitary and health regulations we do not accept returns.
- If there appears to be a defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@sexdollalley.com.
- Please read our Terms of Service for more information.
- We are not responsible for incidents due to the customer's negligence when it comes to our products and requested ad-ons/accessories (self warming, touch sensing, standing feet, tongue, etc)
Order Cancellation
- We allow customers to cancel their orders for within 24 hours of placing the order with a 2% fee of the order value (THIS IS A BANKING FEE)
- A processing fee of 5% of the order value is required for order cancelations after 24 hours.
- A restocking and processing fee of 25% of the order value is required for cancellations after 48 hours.
